The Forum for E.C.D.is a body of E.C.D. schools and E.C.D. centres striving towards excellence in the E.C.D. arena. The Forum for E.C.D. is managed by the World Education Fellowship South Africa and It's Executive members, quality assured through S.T.A.L.K. Education and supported by the City of Jo'burg's Local Government E.C.D.Unit in Region B.
 
The Forum focuses on issues and problems that arise within E.C.D. schools and centres which are discuss and agreed upon how best possible solutions can assist E.C.D. Schools and centres to solve the various issues and problems that may arise within the E.C.D. field. The Forum for E.C.D's main focus is developing teachers and learners in best E.C.D. practice by all means necessary. The Forum can also be seen as a woman empowerment initiative to assist woman who wants to develop themselves and others through common principles, goals,aims and object in the spirit of Early Childhood Development.
 
The Forum for E.C.D. has gone through a restructuring process between March and April 2012. The Forum for E.C.D. is currently still one body but it is made up of 3 fora clusters with a total of 39 E.C.D. schools and centres collectively. The 3 fora are known as: Brixton Forum Cluster, Newlands Forum Cluster and Riverlea Froum Cluster. The Forum for E.C.D. meets on a monthly basis. One executive meeting every 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Riverlea Empowerment Centre (Executive Team) and one forum cluster meeting every 3rd Tuesday ( Riverlea Forum Cluster) and Wednesday (Brixton Forum Cluster and Newlands Forum Cluster) of every Month.  .
